About Coastal Soccer Pre-Season Training:
Coastal is targeting high-school athletes looking to get into game shape before Fall Season officially begins. Prep yourself to excel after months of relaxation with our Pre-Season Training Program!
The Program includes:
30 minutes of an injury prevention warm-up: Includes ladder agility work, body weight lifts, stretching, recovery stretches
30 minutes of extensive speed, strength, and/or agility
20 minutes of high-intensity ball and skill work
10 minutes of recovery stretching
